our story
My love of food started early, eating raw cookie dough with my dad (by the spoonful), making half-baked chocolate chip pancakes with my mom and experimenting with cauliflower crust before it was cool. I always understood that there was a connection between the food we eat and how we feel, but it wasn’t until I began struggling with my own food sensitivities that I was truly forced to reevaluate how I was taking care of myself.
In search of holistic solutions, I started studying nutrition and spending more time in the kitchen, always chasing a balance between delicious and nourishing. Our favorite foods shouldn’t come with compromise. Becoming a certified Nutritionist gave me the foundation to take a science-backed approach to create recipes that make you feel as good as they taste. I wanted a solution for an unmet need: clean, ready-to-bake cookie dough you could keep in your fridge and thus, Know Good was born.
I began experimenting with real, simple ingredients in my NYC kitchen and ended up with the perfect cookie dough. Indulgent but intentional, made with ingredients your body recognizes. No gluten, no dairy, no seed oils, no unnecessary junk. Just delicious, feel-good flavor. A treat that you want to feed to your family.
To me, “knowing what’s good” means more than reading a label. It’s about trusting what’s inside, slowing down and finding joy in the little moments, like warm cookies fresh out of the oven.
