We keep our ingredient list short, simple and recognizable - things you'd find in your own kitchen like almond flour, organic coconut sugar and real vanilla. No artificial flavors, refined flours or hard to pronounce additives. See our product page for a full ingredient list.

Yes, yes, and yes. Every package of Know Good cookie dough is gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan and made without seed oils or preservatives.

Nope — never. We believe food should be made from real ingredients, not chemicals. That’s why our cookie dough is free from preservatives, seed oils and other unnecessary additives.

Absolutely! We ditched the eggs so you can enjoy it straight from the spoon — no judgment here.

You can bake it straight from the freezer, just add an extra 1–2 minutes of baking time.

Each package contains 12-14 servings — or fewer if you “sample” some dough while baking (we don’t blame you).

Keep your dough in the fridge or stash it in the freezer for longer storage. Once you open the package, be sure to store the dough in a sealed container.
